Adams & Co. Real Estate announced that Kassatex, Inc., which designs and distributes luxury textiles and linens, has signed a 11,670 s/f 10-year lease at 330 Fifth Avenue.
“The NoMad area continues to attract top fashion and textiles firms given the location allows them to showcase the latest trends set against the backdrop of a classic New York aesthetic,” said Alan Bonett of Adams & Company.
