By Lois Weiss Wiesner Products, a manufacturer of footwear, socks and shoes, whose clients include Nickelodeon, is expanding and relocating its showrooms and offices for the next seven-years to the entire 12,500 sf fifth floor at 20 West 33rd Street. The asking rent was $25 a foot. Judith Leiber, Corp. formerly occupied the space. David Menaged and David Levy of Adams & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant. Wiesner was formerly located at 3 West 35th Street, where it had 7,500 sf on the 10th floor. Steve Levy of Kamber Management Inc. represented the owners of 20 West 33, Thirty-Third Equities Company. FASHION COMPANY RENEWS AND EXPANDS Bernardo Fashions, a manufacturer of outerwear, renewed its existing lease for 4,800 sf and signed a new three-year lease for 1,243 sf of additional showroom and office space at 463 Seventh Avenue aka the Outerwear Fashion Center. David Levy of Adams & Co., served as sole broker. The asking rent was $32 a foot. SEASONAL DEAL Easter Unlimited, a distributor and manufacturer of seasonal merchandise, is renewing its current lease of 5,700 sf and taking an additional 2,177 sf of showroom and office space at 1115 Broadway where it will remain for another 10 years. James Buslik of Adams & Co., served as sole broker in the transaction. The asking rent was $28 a foot.
