An original performer of excellence since 1920.

Longstreet Holding Company, a children’s wear manufacturer, is leaving 100 West 33rd for 17,700 sf at 20 West 33rd Street where the asking rent is $28. David Levy and David Menaged of Adams & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant. Longstreet plans to use its new space for both showrooms and offices and was attracted to the Fashion Center building by several amenities. The penthouse is bathed in natural light that streams in from numerous skylights and an adjoining terrace. The duplex is also serviced by its own private elevator and has an internal spiral staircase. Steve Levy of Kamber Management repped the ownership. Many fashion tenants are being moved out of the area in favor of office tenants.
